Chinese White Rabbit
Hmmmm... interesting, indeed.
It got me thinking that yes, these are interesting times in a Through The Looking Glass kind of way, to be sure... or more accurately, White Rabbit.
My brain feels bruised from trying to make sense of "things" in 2008 - a very weird year in multitude of ways, and getting weirder by the day.
Then I thought of the Chinese again. Hmmmm... such an old culture with such long-term wisdom, and despite their propensity to put poison in food products on occasion, et. al., they're kicking ass economically, scientifically and educationally. So, thought I, perhaps if I translated the lyrics of White Rabbit into Chinese, then back to English via a freebie online translator, maybe I could find some hidden magic code of sorts that might help to 'splain what the hell is going on in these crazy times.
Let's try it, shall we. 
Here's the "Traditional Chinese" double-translated version of the Jefferson Airplane classic... I think you might be freaked out at how much sense it actually makes compared to real life right now:

Yeah, that pretty much explains it, I think. It can all be traced back to the Arab League and their pet larva in the White House... hmmmm. I knew it.
In closing, let's quote that scrappy little Caribou Barbie critter, Sarah Palin using our magic Traditional Chinese double-translation technique:

Let us all pray now that these bad, evil, greedy, freaky insane righty-tighty people will just go away before logic and the proportion have the whereabouts to die sloppily, taking the rest of us with them in the process.
